Born and raised in Wisconsin as the oldest of five in a big, creative, Greek family, Sophia couldn't help but fall in love with the arts.
As a kid she sang, danced, picked flowers in the outfield of her baseball games, created pottery, wrote her own stories and put on shows in her living room all while waiting for her Hogwarts letter to arrive at any minute.
Her senior year, she represented Wisconsin in the National High School Musical Theatre Awards (The Jimmys) where she performed at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway and was chosen as one of the top three female finalists.
Sophia graduated from Wagner College in New York City. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Performance. Throughout her time in school she studied theatre abroad in London, taught English in Italy and was active leader in clubs on campus.
She also spent a summer in upstate New York as a resident company member at the Mac- Haydn Theatre.
Besides performing, Sophia loves traveling, reading, comedy podcasts, cooking, museums, admiring dogs, being outside, painting, turtlenecks and spending time with her family.
She is eager to continue to grow, explore, travel and play with artists as she begins her journey out of college and into the world.
